How the digital service is fulfilled
A guest opens a DJ or performer's PlayMySong request page, submits a song request, selects a tip amount, and completes payment using an available payment method. The request is recorded in the system and shown to the DJ or performer. Requests may move through statuses such as waiting, on cue, cancelled/rejected, refund processing, refund complete, and played.
A request marked Played is treated by the platform as a completed digital service record. If a paid request is cancelled or rejected before it is played, eligible value may be returned as PlayMySong Credit or refunded to the original payment method according to the Return and Refund Policy.
